About QuoteCompareNow

QuoteCompareNow is an independent auto insurance information site for US drivers. We publish plain-English guides and free calculators that explain how car insurance actually works — what each coverage pays for, what moves a premium up or down, and what to look at before you sign anything.

QuoteCompareNow is operated by Clench Media LLC. We are not an insurance company, an agency, or a broker. We are not licensed to sell insurance, and we do not sell it. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer of coverage, or a promise that any insurer will accept you.

Our approach

Every guide answers one question a real driver is trying to settle — usually right before, during, or just after buying a policy. We prefer concrete ranges and worked examples to industry jargon, and when a topic is genuinely messy, we say so instead of flattening it into a tidy answer.

Our aim is simple: you should be able to read a page here and then walk into a quote or a claim call knowing what to ask and what a reasonable answer sounds like. The methodology page lays out where our numbers come from.

How the quote links work

When you select Get Quotes or Get Started anywhere on this site, you leave quotescomparenow.com and land on a quote comparison marketplace operated by QuinStreet, our marketplace partner. Everything about the quote request happens there, under that company's own privacy policy and terms of use.

We host no quote form. We do not ask for or store your name, phone number, email address, or driver and vehicle details. We never call you, we never email you, and we do not send quotes by email — we have no way to reach you, because we never have your contact information in the first place.

How we make money

Our marketplace and advertising partner compensates us when visitors request quotes through our links. That is the whole business model: no subscriptions, no paywall, no fee to you. Whether you use a link or not, the guides and calculators stay free and identical.

We do not take payment in exchange for favorable coverage of any specific insurer, and no advertiser reviews or approves our content before it publishes. What we earn depends on referrals, not on which company a page happens to mention.

Who writes for us

Our guides are researched and written by our editorial staff and reviewed for accuracy before they go live. Pages are revisited as coverage rules, state requirements, and typical rates change. We describe our editors generically rather than dressing the site up with bylines and titles — what should earn your trust is the sourcing, which we document openly on the methodology page.
